It’s the bit where JD says how what doctors say and what they are thinking are different things and then elliot and dr kelso are talking to two people and elliot says how dr kelso the chief of medicine will be helping and then dr kelso says i’m happy to take a special interest in this case then subtitles come up with: i was thinking about food and accidently wandered over here (what he was thinking)… sorry i can’t be more specific!!
